Very small production, sparkling rosé made from the native trepat grape in Tarragona, a region on the coast of Catalonia. Joan Rabada, the winemaker, is very meticulous every step of the way and leaves the wine to rest on its lees for a little over a year before sending it our way. It’s not every day you find a 100% trepat wine, and we love this one!
